Testimonials
"As a trout bum, traveling for target species, I was looking for a guide outfit that would put me on those fish. A typical guide service has one or two locations, where they bring each and every client. With Uinta Life, you fill out a form of target species and preferred days to fish, then they create a 'custom' guiding trip. Steve put me on fish in some incredible mountain reservoirs, with options to move to a larger reservoir to cast streamers for larger fish. Depending on the season, Uinta Life will bring you up to high mountain lakes in the Uinta Mountains, which is unlike any other guiding services. So, if you're looking for something specific in your fly fishing experience, the guys over at Uinta Life will try to make it happen. I know that when I'm back in Utah, I'll be looking to get on some high mountain lakes and these are the guys to get the job done."

“We had a great time being instructed in fly fishing. Rich was patient with a fountain of knowledge that came forth with articulation and encouragement. Wow!!! Did we catch fish, tiger trout and could have been a basket full of beautiful rainbow trout.”

“25 fish on our first fly fishing lesson!
Rich brought us to fly fish for trout for half a day. We were both novice fly fisherman.
After a brief few lessons using dry flies, wet flies, and streamers, we were into fish. On my very first cast, I caught a Tiger Trout! The next fish was a nice Rainbow, then a chunky 16-incher.
25 fish later, our time was up. On the way home , Rich brought us to a beautiful waterfall to close out a wonderful day of fishing.
I highly recommend Uinta Life… that is, if you want to catch fish and have fun.”
